Need That Love — Fan Video Challenge Terms

By submitting a video for the Need That Love fan video challenge, you confirm and agree to the terms below.

1. Who can submit

You confirm that:

• you are 18 years old or older;
• everyone visible in your submitted video is 18 years old or older;
• you have permission from every person appearing in your video to submit it for this project;
• your video does not include anyone under 18.

Submissions that include minors cannot be used.

2. Rights you grant

You grant Sam Feldt / Heartfeldt a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use your submitted video in connection with Need That Love.

This licence allows Sam Feldt / Heartfeldt and approved partners to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, crop, cut, reformat, transform, synchronize, combine, display, publish, distribute, communicate, and otherwise exploit your submitted video.

If your video is selected and incorporated into the final video, the licence becomes irrevocable for that final video and related uses.

3. Where your video may be used

Your submitted video, or adapted versions of it, may be used in:

• the official Need That Love music video;
• teasers, trailers, social posts, behind-the-scenes content, credits, case studies, advertising, press, marketing, and promotional materials;
• commercial distribution of the final video worldwide across platforms.

Sam Feldt / Heartfeldt may sublicense your submitted video to Believe, MTR, the production studio, distribution partners, platforms, marketing partners, and service providers involved in producing, distributing, or promoting the video.
